Taxol Is Active in Platinum-Resistant Endometrial Adenocarcinoma

Taxol, 170 mg/m2 by 3-h infusion every 3 weeks, was administered to seven patients with primarily advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer with progressive disease on platinum analogues. By standard response criteria, there were three clinical responders (43%; 95% confidence limits, 6-80%) and one disease stabilization.
