GbTRB1 binds telomeric DNA in Ginkgo biloba
Telomere-binding proteins play a crucial role in maintaining the stability of telomere structures. In this study, we found that GbTRB1, a double-stranded telomere-binding protein, can bind telomeric DNA., plays a pivotal role in telomere complex ...

The hyperactivation of PI3K/AKT signaling in PTEN wild‐type triple‐negative breast cancer represents a clinical paradox. We delineate a novel post‐translational regulatory axis wherein the oncogene TSPYL5 competitively antagonizes the deubiquitinase USP10.

An adhesive hydrogel depot with polyphenol‐armored nanogenes is developed for treating aged osteoarthritis. This system maintains miR‐140 bioactivity, prolongs its intra‐articular retention, and enhances transfection into chondrocytes, leading to the downregulation of senescence‐associated pathways.

PD‐L1 is primarily expressed in renal tubules and upregulated in both murine models of AKI and renal biopsy samples from patients with AKI. PD‐L1 can promote adaptive TECs repair through interacting with BRCA1, independent of its canonical immunomodulatory function of T cells, and PD‐L1 supplementation may represent a promising therapeutic strategy for

A persistent variant telomere sequence in a human pedigree
The telomere sequence, TTAGGG, is conserved across all vertebrates and plays an essential role in suppressing the DNA damage response by binding a set of proteins termed shelterin. Changes in the telomere sequence impair shelterin binding, initiate a DNA

Identification of hnRNP A3 as a novel telomere‐binding protein
Telomere is a specialized DNA‐protein structure at the end of linear chromosomes. Human telomeric DNA consists of hundreds to thousands of tandemly repeated hexanucleotides (TTAGGG) and is bound by telomere‐associated proteins to form specialized structure that maintains the integrity of chromosome.

Gene dosage reductions of Trf1 and/or Tin2 induce telomere DNA damage and lymphoma formation in aging mice [PDF]
Telomeres are essential structures that cap the end of chromosomes, which is required for maintenance of chromosomal stability, cell viability and the capacity of cells to proliferate.

ABSTRACT Class Switch Recombination (CSR) is essential for generating high‐affinity antibody isotypes from IgM during adaptive humoral responses. Despite well‐established roles for various transcription factors, whether CSR is subject to dedicated post‐transcriptional control represents a significant gap in knowledge.

PLD3 activates the lysosomal‐AKT‐NF‐κB axis to drive cellular senescence in macrophages, establishing an immunosuppressive TME by limiting the infiltration of cytotoxic T, NK, and NKT cells, which confers resistance to anti‐PD‐1 therapy. Abrine inhibits PLD3 expression, restoring antitumor immunity and synergizing with anti‐PD‐1 treatment.
