Luzhou‐Flavor Baijiu Alleviates Stress‐Related Depressive‐Like Changes by NMDAR‐NO‐sGC‐cGMP Pathway
Luzhou‐flavor baijiu (LFB) alleviates depressive‐like phenotypes in CRS‐induced mice and protects HT22 cells from corticosterone damage, with mechanisms linked to suppressing the NMDAR‐nNOS/iNOS‐NO‐sGC‐cGMP pathway. ABSTRACT Moderate alcohol consumption has been suggested to alleviate anxiety and depression; however, it remains unclear whether Luzhou ...

Tetramethylpyrazine-Inducible Promoter Region from Rhodococcus jostii TMP1
An inducible promoter region, PTTMP (tetramethylpyrazine [TTMP]), has been identified upstream of the tpdABC operon, which contains the genes required for the initial degradation of 2,3,5,6-tetramethylpyrazine in Rhodococcus jostii TMP1 bacteria. In this

Advances in Hydrogel Tissue Engineering for Spinal Cord Injury Repair
This review systematically introduces the pathological process of spinal cord injury (SCI) and the applications and biological roles of hydrogels in SCI repair. Emerging 4D printing and gene therapy strategies are also discussed. ABSTRACT Spinal cord injury (SCI), which is a severe complication of spinal fractures, often causes the dysfunction of the ...

Crystal Engineering of Reticular Materials for Gas‐ and Liquid‐Phase Hydrocarbon Separation
Crystal engineering enables systematic study of structure/function relationships as exemplified by pore engineering of reticular sorbents, including porous coordination networks and covalent organic frameworks. This review assesses such studies applied across the full scope of industrially relevant hydrocarbon separations to provide insight into how ...

ABSTRACT Sepsis‐related liver injury (SRLI) involves multiple interrelated pathological processes, including excessive inflammation, oxidative imbalance, mitochondrial dysfunction, dysregulated autophagy, and microcirculatory impairment. Increasing evidence indicates that traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)–based interventions, particularly Chinese ...
