Energies of GRB blast waves and prompt efficiencies as implied by modeling of X-ray and GeV afterglows [PDF]
We consider a sample of ten GRBs with long lasting ($\gtrsim10^2\rm\,sec$) emission detected by Fermi/LAT and for which X-ray data around $1\,$day are also available.

Update of axion CDM energy density [PDF]
We improve the estimate of the axion CDM energy density by considering the new values of current quark masses, the QCD phase transition effect and a possible anharmonic effect.Comment: 7 pages, 6 figures. References are added.

Replication of Transmissible Gastroenteritis Coronavirus (TGEV) in Swine Alveolar Macrophages
Several strains of the enteropathogenic coronavirus transmissible gastroenteritis virus (TGEV) have been shown to replicate in alveolar macrophages maintained in vitro. A distinct cytopathic effect was observed at a multiplicity of infection greater than or equal to 0.1. Infected cells released infectious virus.

Transmissible gastroenteritis virus (TGEV) is a member of Coronaviridae family. TGEV infection has emerged as a major cause of severe gastroenteritis and leads to alterations of many cellular processes. Meanwhile, the pathogenic mechanism of TGEV is still unclear.

Cloning and expression of nucleocapsid protein gene of TGEV HB06 strain [PDF]
The nucleocapsid protein gene of transmissible gastroenteritis virus, 1 149 bp in length, was amplified by RT-PCR from isolated strain HB06 and cloned into pMD18-T. Sequence comparison with other transmissible gastroenteritis virus (TGEV) strains selected from the Gene Bank revealed that the homology of N gene complete sequence shares more than 97% in ...

Prevalence of Korean cats with natural feline coronavirus infections [PDF]
Background Feline coronavirus is comprised of two pathogenic biotypes consisting of feline infectious peritonitis virus (FIPV) and feline enteric coronavirus (FECV), which are both divided into two serotypes.

In wild‐type cells, FIPV infection recruits CLTC to nsp3, facilitates DMV biogenesis and block autophagic flux to promote viral replication. CLTC knockout impairs autophagosome nucleation by reducing Beclin1–ATG14 complex expression. This disrupts the formation of autophagic precursor membranes, thereby preventing their hijacking by nsp3 for DMV ...
