Functional Supramolecular Aggregates From Cavitands Based on Resorcin[4]Arene: Assembly and Applications

open access: yesAggregate, Volume 7, Issue 1, January 2026.
This review highlights resorcin[4]arene cavitands as versatile macrocyclic building blocks for the construction of functional supramolecular aggregates through programmable noncovalent interactions. It systematically explores recent advances in the design, assembly mechanisms, and applications of cavitand‐based aggregates—including coordination ...

Dual‐Mode Ion‐Pair Charge‐Transfer Organic Nanoparticles From Fluorescent Viologens for Amine Sensing and Encrypted Data Storage

open access: yesAggregate, Volume 7, Issue 1, January 2026.
IPCT‐ONs based on viologen were synthesized and applied for dual‐mode amine sensing, light intensity monitoring, anti‐counterfeiting measures, and ink‐free printing. ABSTRACT To overcome the intrinsic drawbacks of conventional viologens, such as slow optical response and poor radical stability, we synthesized a series of viologen derivatives (BTV, NTV,

New Quinoline Kinase Inhibitors With Good Selectivity for NAK Kinases and Anti‐Tumor Activity Against Ewing Sarcoma

open access: yesArchiv der Pharmazie, Volume 359, Issue 1, January 2026.
Focusing on the discovery of new therapeutics for childhood cancer, novel quinoline derivatives were synthesized and demonstrated activity against Ewing sarcoma. A target search was performed against a panel of kinases, and the compounds showed selectivity for the NAK family, mainly GAK, which was confirmed by enzyme kinetic assays.
