Computing the Error Profiles of Third Generation Sequencing Technologies

When reads are assembled into a longer sequence and finally into a consensus, the goal is to reproduce a consensus that is as similar to the reference as possible. Oxford Nanopore Technologies have issues when sequencing homopolymers. That is why we developed a tool where we found error profiles of homopolymers.

Regulatory mechanisms and structure–activity relationships between metal integration and COF‐based CO2PRR are emphasized.
