Review on Types of Three Components Reactions
This review described the three-component chemical reactions, their types, how they got there, and their importance in preparing compounds that have biological and pharmaceutical significance and in other magazines of chemistry. Among them are the enamin-mannich reactions, the formazane reactions, the sulfazane, and some annular closure reactions.Three-

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

‐heterocycles Using the Ugi Four‐Center Three‐Component Reaction [PDF]
Ugi four-center three-component reaction (U-4 C-3CR) as actually an important development of the well-known Ugi four-component reaction (U-4CR). In U-4 C-3CR, one of the components is bifunctional, reducing the components of U-4CR to three components ...

We identified a systemic, progressive loss of protein S‐glutathionylation—detected by nonreducing western blotting—alongside dysregulation of glutathione‐cycle enzymes in both neuronal and peripheral tissues of Taiwanese SMA mice. These alterations were partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotide therapy, revealing persistent redox imbalance as ...

Three-Component Synthesis of Isoquinoline Derivatives by a Relay Catalysis with a Single Rhodium(III) Catalyst [PDF]
A rhodium(III)-catalyzed one-pot three-component reaction of N-methoxybenzamide, α-diazoester, and alkyne was developed, providing an alternative way to synthesize isoquinoline derivatives.

In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

Three-Component Reactions of Arynes, Amines, and Nucleophiles via a One-Pot Process [PDF]
An unprecedented three-component reaction of arynes, tertiary amines, and nucleophiles has been demonstrated through ammonium salt intermediates. This protocol allows access to tertiary aniline derivatives containing the piperazine motif in good-to ...

Structural and biochemical characterisations show that the planar cell polarity (PCP) protein Inturned harbours a unique PDZ‐like domain that does not bind canonical PDZ‐binding motifs (PBMs) like that of another PCP protein Vangl2. In contrast, the apical‐basal polarity protein Scribble contains four PDZ domains that bind Vangl2, but one PDZ domain ...

Structural insights into an engineered feruloyl esterase with improved MHET degrading properties
A feruloyl esterase was engineered to mimic key features of MHETase, enhancing the degradation of PET oligomers. Structural and computational analysis reveal how a point mutation stabilizes the active site and reshapes the binding cleft, expading substrate scope.
