Boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT) requires key non‐negotiable technical criteria: megadose administration, precise tumor‐specific targeting, favorable biocompatibility, and sustained tumor retention. Overcoming these interconnected challenges fundamentally depends on biomolecular carriers, which are critical for translating the therapeutic potential

Epigenetic Regulation of Immune Dysfunction in Chronic Prostatitis/Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome
ABSTRACT Background Chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CP/CPPS) is a prevalent and debilitating condition with unclear etiology. Increasing evidence implicates immune dysregulation, yet the molecular mechanisms underlying impaired immune regulation remain poorly defined. This study investigated the role of altered immune responses within

Thymidine salvage and de novo synthesis pathways.
In thymidine salvage, thymidine is transported across the cell membrane and phosphorylated by TK1 into thymidine monophosphate (TMP). The thymidine is further phosphorylated into thymidine diphosphate (TDP) and thymidine triphosphate (TTP) and then ...

ABSTRACT Rationale To increase the confidentiality level of molecular tags, binary information can be hidden in sequence‐defined oligomers using isobaric monomers including a photo‐sensitive one, which mass can be modified upon light irradiation. Reading such secured data requires light edition prior to MS/MS sequencing, which was investigated here in ...

Hiding Human Thymidine Kinase 1 from Apc/C-Mediated Destruction by Thymidine Binding
Thymidine kinase 1 (TK1) is a key cytosolic enzyme in the salvage pathway for dTTP synthesis. In mitotic exit, human TK1 (hTK1) is degraded via the anaphase-promoting complex/ cyclosome (APC/C)-Cdh1 pathway to limit dTTP production.

Metabolome Diversity Enhances Resistance of Intertidal Clams to Thermal Stress
Meretrix species are widely distributed intertidal bivalves in China with significant ecological and economic importance, which are sensitive to thermal stress. Our results showed that thermal environments of clam habitats shaped metabolome diversity, which can enhance the resistance of intertidal clams to thermal stress.
