Advancing collagen‐related pathology assessment through second‐harmonic generation imaging
Abstract Collagen remodelling and dysregulation are the hallmarks of diverse pathological conditions. In this context, second‐harmonic generation (SHG) imaging has emerged as a powerful label‐free modality for assessing collagen. This offers submicron resolution, intrinsic optical sectioning, and deeper imaging capabilities without the need for ...

MAP kinase activation in TNBC.
We conducted an in vitro screen to identify genes associated with resistance in human TNBC cells to two separate chemotherapeutic agents. MAPK10 and MAPK12 were among the kinases most significantly activated. Other kinases were activated during resistance to chemotherapy, including STK17A.

An Update on Early‐Onset Breast Cancer: Incidence, Risk Factors, Genetic Testing, and Treatment
ABSTRACT Early‐onset breast cancer presents in patients typically under the age of 40, while very early‐onset breast cancer is usually viewed as breast cancer occurring before the age of 35. Early‐onset breast cancer demonstrates specific molecular properties and has worse outcomes compared to its late‐onset breast cancer counterpart.

ABSTRACT Breast cancer is still a serious problem in the world arena, where its early and prompt detection is the most important factor in improving patient prognosis and survival. The use of traditional diagnostic techniques, such as imaging (e.g., mammography and ultrasound) and subsequent histopathological examination, is the mainstay, which ...
