Adhesi intraperitoneal pasca bedah abdomen terjadi pada 50-97% kasus adhesi, dengan penyebab terbanyak adalah laparotomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuktikan perbedaan dampak laparoskopi dan laparotomi terhadap derajat adhesi peritoneal, kadar kortisol dan TGF-β.
