This review surveys nanoparticle‐based strategies to enhance adoptive cell therapy, particularly CAR‐T cell approaches, in solid tumor treatment. It describes how nanoparticles can improve tumor immunogenicity and T‐cell infiltration while reducing toxicity, and how they enable in vivo CAR‐T cell generation.

Tregs and rheumatoid arthritis
Regulatory T cells (Tregs) are a subset of T cells which are involved in peripheral immune tolerance. Their role in autoimmune disease which occurs through a breakdown of tolerance is of particular interest in trying to ascertain the mechanism(s) of ...

A multifunctional HA‐conjugated nanoplatform (HA‐PGMC) integrates CuO2, glucose oxidase, and mil‐100 to enable cascade catalytic ROS generation in tumor microenvironments. This self‐supplying ROS strategy induces immunogenic cell death, reprograms “cold” tumors into “hot” ones, and synergizes with PD‐L1 blockade, achieving potent chemodynamic ...

Glioblastoma (GBM) exhibits RFX7 silencing via promoter hypermethylation, which downregulates PIK3IP1 to activate PI3K/AKT signaling, increase lactate accumulation, and enhance histone H4K12 lactylation. This lactylation upregulates PD‐L1/CSF1 expression and drives the immunosuppressive microenvironment formation.

CD45 ligation expands Tregs by promoting interactions with DCs
Regulatory T cells (Tregs), which express CD4 and FOXP3, are critical for modulating the immune response and promoting immune tolerance. Consequently, methods to expand Tregs for therapeutic use are of great interest.

Endogenous Engineering Reprograms Extracellular Vesicles for Enhanced Therapeutic Function
This review explains how Extracellular vesicles‐producing cells can be endogenously engineered to load therapeutic proteins and nucleic acids. We summarize physiological and genetic strategies that harness native sorting pathways for selective cargo loading.

ABSTRACT Despite the transformative impact of cancer immunotherapies such as immune checkpoint blockade, durable clinical responses remain limited. Increasing evidence indicates that antitumor immunity is governed not only by the tumor microenvironment, but also by systemic immune regulation mediated by peripheral immune organs. Among these, the spleen

The role of Treg cells in colorectal cancer and the immunotherapy targeting Treg cells
Colorectal cancer (CRC) is among the most prevalent and lethal cancers globally, accounting for approximately 10% of all cancer cases and deaths. Regulatory T (Treg) cells, which accumulate in CRC tissue, suppress anti-tumor immune responses and facilitate tumor progression.

Mechanisms of Pericyte‐Mediated Cancer Metastasis
Pericytes play multifarious roles in promoting cancer metastasis by facilitating metastatic cancer cell dissemination, circulating tumor cell survival, tissue extravasation, premetastatic niche formation, and metastatic tumor growth. These cells have intertwined interactions with vascular endothelial cells to modulate cancer cell behavior and ...
