EXPLORING THE ROLES OF TRPML3 IN TNBC PROLIFERATION, MIGRATION, AND BIOENERGETICS [PDF]

open access: yes
In this study, we show that TRPML3 knockdown (ML3KD) reduces TNBC proliferation, induces G2/M cell cycle arrest and promotes apoptosis. In addition, ML3KD reduces TNBC migration and invasion ability.

TRPML3 distribution in thymus.

open access: yes, 2022
(A) Shown is an overview image of one lobe of the thymus. (B) Image of CD8 alpha stained whole thymus tissue, revealing regions of cytotoxic T-cells mainly in outer regions within the thymus. C, cortex. M, medulla.

Pathological vacuolation of enterocytes from Trpml3−/−;Trpml1−/− mice is restricted to period of suckling, from birth to weaning.

open access: yes, 2014
(A,B) H&E staining of distal ileum from embryos at 18.5 days post coitum (E18.5) reveals slight vacuolation in some illeal enterocytes of (A) Trpml3−/−;Trpml1−/− mice, but not of (B) Trpml3−/− mice. (C–J) H&E staining of (C,E,G,I) distal ileum and (D,F,H,

Reduced endocytotic rate in P7 neonates lacking mucolipins 3 and 1.

open access: yes, 2014
(A–B) Confocal images of enterocytes from P7 littermates fed Texas Red-Dextran 120 minutes prior to tissue collection. There is an accumulation of dextran in Trpml3−/− enterocytes (A) whereas there is minimal dextran accumulation in Trpml3−/−;Trpml1 ...

Functional multimerization of mucolipin channel proteins [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
MCOLN1 encodes mucolipin-1 (TRPML1), a member of the transient receptor potential TRPML subfamily of channel proteins. Mutations in MCOLN1 cause mucolipidosis-type IV (MLIV), a lysosomal storage disorder characterized by severe neurologic, ophthalmologic,

ABR measurements.

open access: yes, 2013
A, Graph shows representative ABR waveforms of 3-week-old HprtCre/+; Trpml3+/+ and HprtCre/+; Trpml3 Δ/Δ mice in response to a click stimulus. ABRs were recorded at sound stimulation intensities of 25–70 dB.

Targeting Sequence and Function-Dependence of Subcellular Localization of Transient Receptor Potential Mucolipin Channels and Characterization of Engineered Molecule Probes For Detecting Lysosomal Calcium Release [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
Both TRPML1 and TRPML3 are members of the mucolipin subfamily of Transient Receptor Potential (TRP) channels. They have been implicated in endolysosomal functions such as divalent cation release, luminal pH regulation, autophagy and vesicle trafficking ...
