Bridging Stability and Reactivity: Novel Dinucleating Ligand With Rigid Backbone Stabilizes a Cu2O2 Side‐On Peroxido Structure

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Inorganic Chemistry, Volume 29, Issue 19, 2 July 2026.
The herein‐developed tyrosinase model complex enables the transfer of tyrosinase‐like catalytic oxygenation activity into artificial systems. Therefore, it enables the use of molecular oxygen for oxygenation and oxidation of phenolic substrates at room temperature.

Evaluation of Enzyme Inhibition and Kinetic Profiles of Origanum Essential Oils on Metabolic and Central Nervous System Targets

open access: yesNatural Sciences, Volume 6, Issue 3, July 2026.
The essential oils of three Origanum species were chemically characterized and evaluated for their antioxidant and enzyme inhibitory activities. The different compositions confer selective bioactivities: O. vulgare exhibits good antioxidant and α‐glucosidase inhibitory activity, O. majorana shows promising tyrosinase inhibition, and O.

DMPB increases tyrosinase expression but not tyrosinase activity.

open access: yes, 2015
(A) B16F10 cells were treated with 30 μM of DMPB for 48 hr, and mRNA level of tyrosinase was analyzed by RT-PCR (top panel). Total cell lysate was extracted and tyrosinase levels were measured by Western blot analysis.

Interfacial Assembly of Microgels: From Granular Hydrogels to Programmable Materials

open access: yesSmall Structures, Volume 7, Issue 7, July 2026.
By engineering microgel interfaces as programmable design elements rather than passive stabilization sites, granular hydrogel assemblies can evolve into hierarchically organized and bioadaptive soft materials with tunable structural, mechanical, and biological functions.

The Impact of Immunotherapy on Hair Repigmentation in Patients With Thoracic Tumors: A Clinical Observation Based on Trichoscopy

open access: yesThoracic Cancer, Volume 17, Issue 13, July 2026.
This prospective study quantitatively evaluates the phenomenon of hair repigmentation in patients with thoracic tumors undergoing immunotherapy. Using standardized trichoscopy and grayscale analysis, we observed a significant darkening of hair color following treatment with PD‐1/PD‐L1 inhibitors.

Comparison of 1064‐nm Picosecond and Q‐Switched Neodymium‐Doped Yttrium Aluminum Garnet Lasers for Melasma in Asian Women: A Randomized Double‐Blind Split‐Face Trial

open access: yesJournal of Cosmetic Dermatology, Volume 25, Issue 7, July 2026.
ABSTRACT Background Melasma is a chronic, relapsing facial hyperpigmentation that remains challenging to treat in medium‐to‐dark phototypes. Aims To compare the efficacy, safety, tolerability, and recurrence of 1064‐nm picosecond neodymium‐doped yttrium aluminum garnet laser treatment versus 1064‐nm Q‐switched neodymium‐doped yttrium aluminum garnet ...

Comparison of Human Melanoma Single Cell Profiles to Evolutionary Medicine Model Xiphophorus Provides Insights in Disease Control

open access: yesPigment Cell &Melanoma Research, Volume 39, Issue 4, July 2026.
Single‐nucleus RNA sequencing analysis of Xiphophorus melanoma, an evolutionary medicine model, revealed cellular heterogeneity that closely mirrors that of human melanoma. Immune and tumor cell subtyping identified an immune‐evasive tumor microenvironment. This melanoma cell atlas provides a framework for investigating conserved cellular and molecular

Antiserum Against Tyrosinase from Mouse Melanoma

open access: yes, 1972
Rabbit antiserum against purified tyrosinase from melanosomes of Harding-Passey mouse melanoma was obtained. This antiserum cross-reacted completely with the tyrosinase solubilized from B-16 mouse melanoma melanosomes.
