Synthese des 18F-markierten Coenzyms Uridindiphosphatglucose als Basis für die 18F-Glykosylierung von Glykoproteinen [PDF]

open access: yes, 2000
The chemo-enzymatic radiosynthesis of no carrier added (n.c.a.) uridine diphospho-2-deoxy- 2-[$^{18}$F]fluoro-$\alpha$-D-glucose (UDP-[$^{18}$F]FGlc) was developed.

PFOS Disrupts Oocyte Maturation and Early Embryonic Development via Ovarian FOXK1 O‐GlcNAcylation in Mice

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) exposure disrupts oocyte maturation and early embryonic development. This study elucidates the mechanism by which enhanced O‐GlcNAcylation of FOXK1 underlies the PFOS‐induced reduction of progesterone levels in granulosa cells and the disturbance of follicular microenvironment.

EFFECT OF DIFFERENT LEVELS OF UNDEGRADABLE PROTEIN ON THE NUTRIENT DIGESTIBILITY , RUMEN FERMENTATION AND SOME BIOLOGICAL TRAITS IN AWASSI LAMBS. [PDF]

open access: yesMesopotamia Journal of Agriculture, 2009
This study was carried out by using 9 Awassi Lambs, 10-12 months of age with average body weight 48.25kg. The lambs were divided into three groups each of three lambs, and fed on one of the three rations which contained different levels of undegradable ...

Piscine UDP-glucuronosyltransferase 1B [PDF]

open access: yesAquatic Toxicology, 2007
Glucuronidation is an important detoxification pathway for organic pollutants in fish. We report here the isolation and characterisation of UDP-glucuronosyltransferases (UGT) genes from the closely related marine flatfish, plaice (Pleuronectes platessa) and flounder (Platichthys flesus).

Mechanisms of Aristolochic Acid Resistance in Specialist Butterflies and Evolutionary Insights for Potential Protective Pathways

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The study provides an extreme example of insect adaptation to highly toxic defenses of host plants, and investigates the complex strategies to resist carcinogenic aristolochic acids, including physical isolation, metabolic detoxification, and DNA repair.

\u3cem\u3eIn Vitro\u3c/em\u3e Biosynthesis and Chemical Identification of UDP-\u3cem\u3eN\u3c/em\u3e-acetyl-d-quinovosamine (UDP-d-QuiNAc) [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
N-acetyl-d-quinovosamine (2-acetamido-2,6-dideoxy-d-glucose, QuiNAc) occurs in the polysaccharide structures of many Gram-negative bacteria. In the biosynthesis of QuiNAc-containing polysaccharides, UDP-QuiNAc is the hypothetical donor of the QuiNAc ...

An Enzyme‐Like Catalyzed Nanosheets for Redox Stress Oscillation Therapy Against Bacterial Infections

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Bacterial biofilms form a physicochemical barrier. Their dense network structure and redox homeostasis confer high resistance to antimicrobial treatments and immune‐mediated killing and clearance. In this study, SnSe nanosheets with enzyme‐like properties and piezoelectric catalysis can oscillate to regulate bacterial redox homeostasis and improve the ...
