Organochlorine pesticide residues in UHT whole milk
1994Residual levels of nine organochlorine pesticides (aldrin, p,p'-DDE, p,p'-DDT, dieldrin, endrin, heptachlor-epoxide, lindane, o,p'-TDE and p,p'-TDE) were determined in UHT whole milk and they were compared with the maximum levels allowed by the European Union in these foods.
