Magnetic Textiles: A Review of Materials, Fabrication, Properties, and Applications
Magnetic textiles (M‐textiles) are emerging as a programmable materials platform that merges magnetic matter with hierarchical textile structures. This article consolidates magnetic material classes, textile architectures, and fabrication and magnetization strategies, revealing structure–property–function relationships that govern magneto‐mechanical ...

SpSrtA-Catalyzed Isopeptide Ligation on Lysine Residues
Sortase-mediated ligation (SML) is widely used for protein bioconjugation. However, the sortase used in this strategy typically recognizes only the N-terminal oligoglycine, which is absent in most natural proteins.

Multiple discrete soluble aggregates influence polyglutamine toxicity in a Huntington\u27s disease model system [PDF]
Huntington’s disease (HD) results from expansions of polyglutamine stretches (polyQ) in the huntingtin protein (Htt) that promote protein aggregation, neurodegeneration, and death.

Quantifying long-range correlations in complex networks beyond nearest neighbors
We propose a fluctuation analysis to quantify spatial correlations in complex networks. The approach considers the sequences of degrees along shortest paths in the networks and quantifies the fluctuations in analogy to time series.
