Validated RP‐HPLC–UV Method for the Quantitative Analysis and Stability Evaluation of Amoxicillin in Paediatric Gummy Tablets

A validated RP‐HPLC–UV method was successfully applied for amoxicillin determination in gummy tablets. The method is useful for an accurate amoxicillin content determination in paediatric gummies and was applied to study the stability profile of the drug, evaluated over 6 months under storage conditions.

Abstract This narrative review celebrates Europe's contribution to the current knowledge on systemically administered antimicrobials in periodontal treatment.
