1,2,4-Oxadiazole Rearrangements Involving an NNC Side-Chain Sequence
The thermal rearrangement of N-1,2,4-oxadiazol-3-yl-hydrazones into 1,2,4-triazole derivatives is reported. This represents the first example of a three-atom side-chain rearrangement involving an NNC sequence linked at the C(3) of the oxadiazole.

Identification of New CD36 Antagonists by Structure‐Based Virtual Screening
Virtual screening identified drug‐like molecules as potential CD36 antagonists; some of them inhibited CD36 function in relevant cellular models. These antagonists could drive the development of CD36‐targeted therapies. ABSTRACT CD36 is a transmembrane glycoprotein that facilitates the uptake of fatty acids and oxidized low‐density lipoproteins.

Synthesis and properties of 5,5′-dinitramino-3,3′-bi(1,2,4-oxadiazole) and its energetic salts
In order to develop high energy density materials, 5,5′-dinitramino-3,3′-bi(1,2,4-oxadiazole) (3, DNABO), a new heterocyclic energetic compound, was synthesized by the simple nitration of 5,5′-diamino-3,3′-bi(1,2,4-oxadiazole) (2) with 95% fuming nitric ...
