Isosteric Substitution Enables Rational Design of Two‐Dimensional Energetic Crystals
Isosteric substitution transforms a classical nitro–amine motif into two‐dimensional aminofurazans with performance beyond TATB. ABSTRACT Two‐dimensional (2D) energetic crystals dissipate mechanical insult via interlayer slip, yet their molecular design space remains narrow.

New phosphino tricarbonylrhenium(I) complexes have efficient red emission in the aggregate and solid states. The good photostability and the vast possibilities of chemical modifications make these Re‐based complexes the starting point of a new generation of red emitters with aggregation‐induced phosphorescence emission (AIPE) characteristics.

Binary‐Solvent‐Programmed Single‐Step Inkjet Printing of Self‐Confined Micro‐Inlaid OLED Arrays
Solvent‐programmed micro‐inlay inkjet printing enables lithography‐free, high‐resolution μ‐OLED arrays in a single step. A thermodynamically tuned 3:1 (w/w) chloroform/dichloroethane blend not only drives interfacial phase separation between the solute and polymers but also stabilizes droplet ejection, forming rim‐confined emissive domains in one pass.

A new cyanoacetohydrazide derivative was developed as a key intermediate to synthesize diverse 1,3,4‐thiadiazole‐based heterocyclic compounds. The synthesized compounds were structurally confirmed. Several compounds demonstrated strong cytotoxic activity against HePG‐2 and MCF‐7 cancer cell lines, with compounds 17, 18, and 13 exceeding the activity of

PHOTOLYSIS OF 1,3,4-OXADIAZOLES IN ALCOHOLS [PDF]
Abstract Irradiation of 2,5-diphenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole in alcohols induces a heterolytic addition of alcohols to the C=N bond of the oxadiazole, followed by cycloelimination to yield benzoic acid ester and benzonitrile imine. The latter reacts with the oxadiazole to form 4-benzamido-3,5-diphenyl-1,2,4-triazole which is photochemically ...
