This work demonstrates of 2D material‐mediated stimuli‐responsive transport in soft matter systems, pioneers a new class of nano‐bridged carriers with mechanically strengthening and programmable permeability characteristics designed to overcome persistent barriers in soil‐borne disease management.

Investigation Into the Dynamics of the Cupula in the Vestibular Organ of Adult Zebrafish Using Metabolic Glycoengineering

The cupula is a membrane within the vestibular organ that senses rotatory accelerations of the head. Metabolic glycoengineering in combination with bioorthogonal labeling demonstrates that in adult zebrafish – being a model for the human inner ear – this membrane is constantly renewed.

Macrocyclic Molecular Glues for the 14‐3‐3/ChREBP Interaction: Affinity and Cooperativity in an Inverse Relationship

Macrocycles are effective molecular glues to stabilize the 14‐3‐3/ChREBP interaction. Linker length modulation uncovered an inverse correlation between the macrocycle binding affinity to 14‐3‐3 and its cooperativity in 14‐3‐3/ChREBP stabilization.
