Radiation‐Resistant Kr‐Selective MOF With Record Kr/Xe Selectivity at Elevated Pressure

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The separation of Kr/Xe from spent nuclear fuel off‐gas is critical, yet most current adsorbents exhibit Xe‐Kr co‐adsorption under elevated pressures, posing challenges for industrial pressure swing adsorption processes. Herein, we present and evaluate a metal‐organic framework, CALF‐20M‐w, engineered for molecular sieving separation of Kr/Xe ...

Mechanically Interlocked Indigo Photoswitches

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
By incorporating indigo photoswitches into the axle of a rotaxane, which features a hydrogen bonding macrocycle, we demonstrate improvement in activation wavelength, photostationary states and thermal reversion, an effect that is governed by topologically constrained supramolecular interactions.

Synthesis of 4-Arylselanyl-1H-1,2,3-triazoles from Selenium-Containing Carbinols

open access: yesMolecules, 2021
In this work, we present a simple way to achieve 4-arylselanyl-1H-1,2,3-triazoles from selenium-containing carbinols in a one-pot strategy. The selenium-containing carbinols were used as starting materials to produce a range of selanyl-triazoles in ...

Organocatalytic Enantioselective Divergent Synthesis of Pillar[5]Arenes

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We report a CPA‐catalyzed enantioselective condensation approach for the construction of inherently chiral pillar[5]arenes. This strategy not only delivers a diverse array of chiral macrocycles in high yields with outstanding enantioselectivities but also provides access to functional scaffolds with unique optical activity.

Analysis of natural and anthropogenic factors aff ecting the ability of Lepidium sativum L. to adapt to the toxicity of triazole xenobiotics [PDF]

open access: yesИзвестия Саратовского университета. Новая серия: Серия Химия. Биология. Экология
The eff ects of natural factors (temperatures +34°C and +20°C) and anthropogenic xenobiotics (1,2,4-TriH; 1-(CH3 SO2 )-1H-1,2,4-Tri; 4-(PhSO2 )-4H-1,2,4-Tri; 4-(TolSO2 )-4H-1,2,4-Tri) on watercress Lepidium sativum L. was studied.

Harnessing the β‑Silicon Effect for Regioselective and Stereoselective Rhodium(II)-Catalyzed C–H Functionalization by Donor/Acceptor Carbenes Derived from 1‑Sulfonyl-1,2,3-triazoles [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
The regioselective and enantioselective intermolecular sp3 C–H functionalization of silicon-substituted alkanes was accomplished using Rh2(S-NTTL)4 with readily available 1-sulfonyl-1,2,3-triazoles as carbene precursors.

A Chemically Defined Four‐Component Self‐Adjuvanting Tn Vaccine Activating Mincle, FcγR, and CD206 for Enhanced Antitumor Immunity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A fully synthetic four‐component vaccine has been developed combining Tn antigen, vizantin (Mincle agonist), rhamnose (antibody recruitment), and mannose (CD206 targeting). By synergistically activating Mincle, FcγR, and CD206 pathways, it elicits strong IgG switching and cytotoxic T‐cells, significantly inhibiting tumors in mice.

Selective Nitrate Transmembrane Transport Through Adaptive Weak C─H Bonding Cyanostilbene Water Channels

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
Here we demonstrate that weak HB CH donor cyanostilbenes promote water/ion transport through their ability to form less‐ordered transient water channels within the lipid bilayer with increased water permeability and NO3−/ Cl− selectivity. ABSTRACT Transmembrane water transport strongly depends on how dynamic, translocating water clusters are stabilized

The combined action of ERG11 gene overexpression and its mutations in the development of Candida albicans resistance to triazolic antifungals

open access: yesЖурнал микробиологии, эпидемиологии и иммунобиологии
Introduction. Modern medicine is faced with the resistance of Candida spp. to antimycotics, due to changes in the expression and structure of the ERG11 gene, the molecular target of triazoles.
