Fexofenadine Overcomes Osimertinib Resistance by Inhibiting c‐Met in Non‐Small Cell Lung Cancer
MedComm – Oncology, Volume 4, Issue 2, June 2025.Fexofenadine was identified as a new Met inhibitory drug by a computational drug repurposing tool called “DRAR‐CPI” via chemical‐protein interactome analysis of known Met inhibitors. It was shown to overcome osimertinib resistance in non‐small cell lung cancer by inhibiting Met in vitro and in vivo.
