Idiopathic Multicentric Castleman's Disease Diagnosed by Pulmonary Histopathology: A Case Report
Based on the diagnostic criteria, lymph node biopsy is necessary to diagnose idiopathic multicentric Castleman's disease (iMCD). We report a case of iMCD diagnosed using lung and lymph node histopathological findings in a 41‐year‐old woman who presented with inflammatory symptoms and pulmonary lesions.
