Veterinary drug utilization patterns were assessed in three veterinary clinics in Mekelle City, Ethiopia. Antimicrobials, particularly oxytetracycline, constitute the majority of prescriptions, followed by anthelmintics. Drug prescribing frequently relies on tentative diagnosis rather than evidence‐based diagnostic procedures.

A new cyanoacetohydrazide derivative was developed as a key intermediate to synthesize diverse 1,3,4‐thiadiazole‐based heterocyclic compounds. The synthesized compounds were structurally confirmed. Several compounds demonstrated strong cytotoxic activity against HePG‐2 and MCF‐7 cancer cell lines, with compounds 17, 18, and 13 exceeding the activity of

Straightforward access to oxazole‐containing piperidines through a multicomponent reaction from α‐isocyanoacetates is described. By expanding the reactivity of these a‐isocyanoacetates from aldehydes to ketones, this process efficiently delivers oxazolyl‐piperidines bearing a quaternary stereocenter as valuable scaffolds relevant to drug discovery. The

A hierarchically structured metal–organic framework (eMIL) is shown to host the complete six‐enzyme biosynthesis pathway for the anti‐cancer pigment violacein, reshaping reaction dynamics and multiplying in vitro yields. eMIL nanoreactors deliver this reconstituted bacterial multi‐protein system into mammalian cells, where cell‐derived substrates and ...
