Non linear Prediction of Antitubercular Activity Of Oxazolines and Oxazoles derivatives Making Use of Compact TS-Fuzzy models Through Clustering with orthogonal least sqaure technique and Fuzzy identification system [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2014
The prediction of uncertain and predictive nonlinear systems is an important and challenging problem. Fuzzy logic models are often a good choice to describe such systems however in many cases these become complex soon. commonlly, too less effort is put into descriptor selection and in the creation of suitable local rules.

The Biarylitides: Understanding the Structure and Biosynthesis of a Fascinating Class of Cytochrome P450 Modified RiPP Natural Products

open access: yesChemBioChem, Volume 26, Issue 7, April 1, 2025.
The biarylitides are fascinating RiPP natural products with small core peptides and diverse peptide crosslinks performed by cytochrome P450 enzymes. Here, we address the discovery and diversity of the biarylitides, methods to analyse these constrained cyclic peptides, the structures of the biarylitide P450 enzymes and address alternate catalytic ...

Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice of Medication Use During Pregnancy: A Cross‐Sectional Study in Western Uganda

open access: yesHealth Science Reports, Volume 8, Issue 4, April 2025.
ABSTRACT Background Medication use (MU) during pregnancy can increase the risk of maternal and fetal health consequences. Women's knowledge, attitude, and practice (KAP) regarding safe MU can influence pregnancy outcomes. The study aimed to assess and explore women's KAP regarding safe MU during pregnancy and identify possible determinants.

Drug‐Induced Renal Vasculitis: Etiology, Pathogenesis, Clinical Manifestations, and Therapeutic Approaches—A Narrative Review

open access: yesHealth Science Reports, Volume 8, Issue 4, April 2025.
ABSTRACT Background and Aims Drug‐induced renal vasculitis arises from various medications that cause immunological dysregulation or direct vascular damage, leading to inflammation and thrombosis. Clinical manifestations vary widely, from mild constitutional symptoms to severe organ dysfunction. This review aims to thoroughly explore drug‐induced renal

Incidence, Clinical Features, Associated Factors and Outcomes of Intensive Phase Antituberculosis Drug Induced Liver Injury Among Patients With Tuberculosis at a Tertiary Care Hospital in Nepal: A Descriptive Cross‐Sectional Study

open access: yesHealth Science Reports, Volume 8, Issue 4, April 2025.
ABSTRACT Background and Aims Tuberculosis (TB) remains a significant global health concern, especially in Nepal, where the incidence of anti‐TB drug‐induced liver injury (DILI) is substantial. The main aim of this study is to investigate the incidence, clinical characteristics, outcomes, and contributing factors related to intensive phase anti‐TB DILI ...

T3P‐Promoted Synthesis of a Series of Novel 3‐Aryl‐2‐phenyl‐2,3,5,6‐tetrahydro‐4H ‐1,3‐thiazin‐4‐ones

open access: yesJournal of Heterocyclic Chemistry, Volume 62, Issue 4, Page 338-344, April 2025.
A series of 12 novel 3‐aryl‐2‐phenyl‐2,3,5,6‐tetrahydro‐4H‐1,3‐thiazin‐4‐ones was prepared at room temperature by T3P‐mediated cyclization of C‐phenyl‐N‐aryl imines with 3‐mercaptopropionic acid. Both electron‐withdrawing and electron‐donating substituents were used. All substituents were successful, including p‐nitro.
