Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC) exhibits a pro‐tumorigenic immune environment, increased oncologic signalling, and tumour remodelling, with three immune subgroups from ‘cold’ to ‘hot’. Organ transplant recipients (OTR) with cSCC showed reduced T‐cells and greater viral enrichment, especially HPV, and a higher disease burden.

The objective of this study was to determine the cellular and subcellular localization of AQP9 in different organs of wild-type (AQP9+/+ ) and AQP9 knockout mice (AQP9-/- ) by immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofl uorescence (IF) and RT-PCR, as well as some biochemical evaluation. Twenty wild and homozygous AQP9 KO-mice (C57 BL/6J) were used. Both AQP9+/

AQP9 and UT‐A facilitate hepatocyte basolateral membrane urea permeability in mouse
In mammals, nitrogen from protein degradation is disposed as urea. Several studies have investigated expression of urea transporters in hepatocytes, where urea is produced. Nevertheless, the role of protein facilitated urea transport in liver remains unknown.
