PolyG Fibrils Coalesce Into Nuclear Ribbons That Engage Proteostasis Machinery in Neuronal Intranuclear Inclusion Disease

In NIID, expanded NOTCH2NLC repeats give rise to nuclear polyG inclusions. Tracer‐guided in situ cryo‐electron tomography enables cross‐scale structural analysis from mouse brain to native neuronal nuclei, revealing dense‐core/peripheral‐halo inclusions built from compact polyG ribbons.

5mgのAscorbin酸の37±1°に於ける自己酸化に對しVitamin A原液(100,000 I.U.)を0.0～0.2cc作用せしむる時0.0～0.0005ccまでは自己酸化抑制作用は發現せず, 0.001ccに於いて漸く發現し而して0.12ccまではVitamin Aの作用量と共に抑制作用は増大し0.12ccに於いて最大點に達し0.14cc以上に於いては抑制作用は消滅し酸化促進作用と化し而も此の作用は量比的である.但し本實驗に於てはVitamin AのAceton溶液を用ゐたから實驗値に對して幾分の誤差はまぬかれないであらう.

G‐Quadruplexes: Structural Diversity and Emerging Roles in Biomolecular Condensation

G‐quadruplexes (G4s) fold into diverse intra‐ and intermolecular structures, positioning them as emerging regulators of biomolecular condensation. Mechanistically, G4s autonomously form condensates, act as structural platforms to initiate and stimulate condensation, or induce phase transitions.

Consumption of monoHER and ascorbate in the incubation mixtures containing 50 µM monoHER, 1.6 nM HRP and 33 µM H2O2 in the presence of either 40 µM GSH, 40 µM ascorbate or both 40 µM GSH and 40 µM ascorbate. The incubation time was 5 minutes.

A viral luminogenic reporter with chemiluminescence/fluorescence dual‐response and efficient renal clearance was developed for non‐invasive imaging and urinalysis of H1N1 virus protease, allowing for remote detection of H1N1 virus infections and monitoring of antiviral therapeutic efficacy in living mice.
