An Axial‐Chiral Vertex Integration (ACVI) strategy is introduced to convert a non‐chiral Pd6L4 metal–organic cage into a chiral Pd4L2 cage, achieving exceptionally high binding affinities up to 109 M−1, enantioselectivity (up to 9.2), and efficient chiral induction for encapsulated achiral dyes.

Abstract INTRODUCTION Aging worsens Alzheimer's disease (AD) peripheral metabolism and central pathology, yet few interventions are effective when started late. Methionine restriction (MR) induces the hepatokine FGF21 and may protect brain function, but its efficacy and mechanisms when started late are unclear.

The Relationship Between Immune Semaphorins and Myasthenia Gravis
Serum alterations of immune‐related semaphorins in myasthenia gravis. Patients exhibited decreased semaphorin 4A and increased semaphorin 7A levels compared with healthy controls. These changes highlight disturbed immune regulation in myasthenia gravis and support the involvement of semaphorin‐mediated pathways in autoimmune neuromuscular junction ...

ABSTRACT Background Zika virus (ZIKV) is a flavivirus that has gained global attention due to its association with congenital microcephaly and neuroinflammatory responses. Markers of endothelial activation and purinergic signaling have been identified in the context of ZIKV neuropathogenesis, although the underlying mechanisms remain poorly understood.
