Ddr1 knockout (Ddr1−/−) mice develop periodontitis‐like defects, including junctional epithelium (JE) downgrowth, bacterial invasion, and alveolar bone loss.

The DNA/RNA autophagy protein SIDT2 as a novel neuropathological hallmark in Huntington disease
SIDT2‐immunoreactive inclusions are observed in the striatum, cerebral cortex, and hypothalamus in HD cases with different Vonsattel grades, and the frequency of SIDT2‐immunoreactive inclusions is associated with longer CAG repeats in the huntingtin gene.

TSP4 is upregulated in human and experimental AAA. TSP4 knockdown accelerated AAA formation and exacerbated both vascular inflammation and remodelling, emphasizing that TSP4 upregulation may represent a protective response against AAA. Our findings suggest that preserving TSP4 could be a useful strategy in the clinical management of AAA.

In this study, we found that the nuclear factor kappa light chain enhancer in activated B cells (NF‐κB) transcription factor RelA, and to a lesser extent NF‐κB1 and NF‐κB2, are key regulators of mucosal‐associated invariant T (MAIT)‐cell development and differentiation.

Older people often respond poorly to mRNA vaccines, with reduced T and B cell responses, but they also bear more morbidity and mortality for infectious diseases.
