Engineered immunostimulatory H2O2‐producing microreactors driven by yeast as localized living cancer therapeutics

Engineered yeast microreactors that produce H2O2 within tumors enable selective cancer cell killing while releasing immunostimulatory components, effectively suppressing local tumor growth and activating systemic antitumor immunity, with further efficacy enhanced by anti‐PD‐1 therapy and transarterial embolization.

Applications of Biomaterials in Separators for Secondary Batteries

In this review, biomaterial‐based separators are reviewed as sustainable alternatives to conventional polyolefin‐based separators. For 12 different natural polymers, spanning from Protista, Plantae, and Animalia, viable strategies for synthesizing biomass‐based separators are described.
