EAT‐Lancet Diet Adherence in Patients With Type 2 Diabetes: A Cross‐Sectional Study

In a sample of 385 adults with type 2 diabetes, higher EAT‐Lancet Diet Index scores correlated with increased dietary fiber intake and reduced total energy, protein, and fat consumption. Improved adherence was also associated with significantly lower fasting blood glucose and HbA1c levels.
