Objective Rituximab, a CD20+ B cell depletion therapy, is frequently used to treat systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). However, variability in patient response highlights the need for a deeper understanding of the underlying immune cell dynamics of B cell depletion and repopulation.

Increased Risk of Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy in SLE Women Exposed to Azathioprine
Objectives To evaluate the risk of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) in azathioprine (AZA)‐exposed versus unexposed SLE pregnancies within the multi‐centre prospective Lupus in prEGnAnCY (LEGACY) cohort. Methods LEGACY is conducted at Systemic Lupus International Collaborating Centres in Canada, South Korea, Peru, and Mexico.

Clinical periodontal diagnosis
Abstract Periodontal diseases include pathological conditions elicited by the presence of bacterial biofilms leading to a host response. In the diagnostic process, clinical signs such as bleeding on probing, development of periodontal pockets and gingival recessions, furcation involvement and presence of radiographic bone loss should be assessed prior ...

Cluster-based reduced-order modelling of a mixing layer
We propose a novel cluster-based reduced-order modelling (CROM) strategy of unsteady flows. CROM combines the cluster analysis pioneered in Gunzburger's group (Burkardt et al.

Efficacy, safety and cost‐effectiveness of CAR‐T therapy
CAR T‐cells demonstrate high efficacy in blood cancers, including ALL, MM and DLBCL. Innovations target solid tumours despite challenges such as antigen escape. Combination therapies enhance the delivery and infiltration of CAR T cells. Toxicity, cost and resistance remain major barriers to clinical use.

Large phonon-drag enhancement induced by narrow quantum confinement at the LaAlO3/SrTiO3 interface
The thermoelectric power of the two-dimensional electron system (2DES) at the LaAlO3/SrTiO3 interface is explored below room temperature, in comparison with that of Nb-doped SrTiO3 single crystals.

CAR-NK cells in combination therapy against cancer: A potential paradigm
Various preclinical and a limited number of clinical studies of CAR-NK cells have shown promising results: efficient elimination of target cells without side effects similar to CAR-T therapy. However, the homing and infiltration abilities of CAR-NK cells
