Elucidation of induction mechanism of tumor immunity in glioma via CCR4 [PDF]
本課題では、ケモカイン受容体CCR4がグリオーマに与える影響について検討した。CCR4欠損マウスでは、腫瘍の増殖が亢進し、生存日数が短縮した。また、CCR4欠損マウスでは、脳内へのCCR4陽性Th17細胞、および、グリオーマにおいて腫瘍の実質的な排除を担うM1マクロファージの浸潤が減少した。制御性T細胞やTh2細胞といった他のCCR4発現細胞の浸潤に変化はなかった。選択的CCR4阻害薬処置でも同様の結果が得られた。以上より、グリオーマにおいて、CCR4はTh17細胞の浸潤を介し ...
