A critical review of management of allogeneic transplant‐eligible adults with Ph+ acute lymphoblastic leukaemia

open access: yesBritish Journal of Haematology, Volume 208, Issue 1, Page 39-53, January 2026.
Proposed management of newly diagnosed Philadelphia chromosome‐positive (Ph+) acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) in transplant‐eligible patients. Suggested considerations when deciding the treatment pathway available to a newly diagnosed Ph+ ALL patient that would be deemed transplant eligible. Summary Acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) in 20%–30% of

Relapse of Acute Myeloid Leukemia With Concomitant Systemic Mastocytosis Five Years Post Allogenic Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation

open access: yesCase Reports in Hematology, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
Systemic mastocytosis (SM) with associated hematological neoplasia (SM‐AHN) is a rare and aggressive condition characterized by abnormal clonal proliferation of mast cells and the concurrent occurrence of hematologic malignancies, such as acute myeloid leukemia (AML).

Caracterización biológica y clínica de pacientes pediátricos con leucemia linfoide aguda pro-B Biological and clinical characterization of pediatric patients with pro-B acute lymphocytic leukemia

Spontaneous Remission of Blastic Plasmacytoid Dendritic Cell Neoplasm: A Case Report

open access: yesMedicina
Spontaneous remissions (SRs) in blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasms (BPDCNs) are infrequent, poorly documented, and transient. We report a 40-year-old man presenting with bycitopenia and soft tissue infection.

Laeverin is Cell‐Surface Target for Liquid‐Phase Metastasizing Cancer Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 12, Issue 47, December 18, 2025.
This study revealed that epithelial cancer cells in the floating phase induce the expression of laeverin (LVRN) that is a trophoblast‐specific and cell‐surface immunoregulatory factor and showed that anti‐LVRN ADC is a promising agent that can attack cancer cells in the metastatic liquid phase and block further distant metastasis.

Approaches to Enhance Photodynamic Therapy of Lung Cancer: Potential Application of Nanoparticles

open access: yesAdvanced NanoBiomed Research, Volume 5, Issue 12, December 2025.
Bioactive ligand‐targeted nanocarriers can accommodate functionalization with numerous targeting ligands for effective delivery of photosensitizers (PSs) within targeted photodynamic therapy. Various targeting moieties including peptides, antibodies, carbohydrates, aptamers, proteins, and PS anticancer molecules can be attached to nanomaterials.

High-throughput immunophenotypic characterization of bone marrow- and cord blood-derived mesenchymal stromal cells reveals common and differentially expressed markers: identification of angiotensin-converting enzyme (CD143) as a marker differentially expressed between adult and perinatal tissue sources

open access: yesStem Cell Research & Therapy, 2018
Background Mesenchymal stromal cells (MSC) are a heterogeneous population of multipotent progenitors used in the clinic because of their immunomodulatory properties and their ability to differentiate into multiple mesodermal lineages.
