Super‐Enhancer Target Gene CBP/p300‐Interacting Transactivator With Glu/Asp‐Rich C‐Terminal Domain, 2 Cooperates With Transcription Factor Forkhead Box J3 to Inhibit Pulmonary Vascular Remodeling

open access: yesCell Proliferation, EarlyView.
During hypoxia, the transcriptional effect of super‐enhancer in promoting CBP/p300‐interacting transactivator with Glu/Asp‐rich C‐terminal domain, 2 reduced, eventually leading to the thickening of the smooth muscle layer of the pulmonary artery.

CELL CYCLE REGULATOR: CYCLIN DEPENDENT KINASE 10 AS POTENTIAL TARGET IN CANCER

open access: yesPakistan Journal of Medicine and Dentistry, 2019
Cell cycle progression through each phase is regulated by series of kinase family, the cyclin dependent kinases (CDK). To understand this CDK machinery that controls normal cell cycles, by forming CDK/cyclin complexes thus assisting the identification ...

The regulation of CDK activity by cyclins

open access: yes, 2020
In eukaryotes, the two major cell cycle events of DNA replication and chromosome segregation are directed by Cyclin Dependent Kinases (CDKs) in combination with G1/S cyclins (S-CDK) and G2/M cyclins (M-CDK), respectively. It is still unclear what differentiates S-CDK activity from M-CDK activity, and how much functional redundancy exists between cyclin-

Rapid and Effective Neuronal Conversion of Human Glioblastoma In Vitro and In Vivo Using Potent Small Molecules

open access: yesCell Proliferation, EarlyView.
A potent combination of small molecules YFSS (Y27632, Forskolin, SB431542, SP600125) that were screened through a neuronal‐specific promoter–reporter system TUBB3::mCherry effectively induces neuronal‐GBM conversion in vitro and in vivo, unveiling molecular mechanisms that offer a theoretical basis and a potential therapeutic strategy for treating GBM.

Exploring the Single‐Cell Dynamics of FOXM1 Under Cell Cycle Perturbations

open access: yesCell Proliferation, EarlyView.
The varied FOXM1 dynamic patterns reveal significant differences in cellular responses to the same stimuli at the single‐cell level. This emphasises the relationship between cue, signal and response as influenced by different drug types and concentrations.

Correlations between the levels of vitamin D, parathormone, calcium, blood phosphates in patients with chronic disease of the kidneys untreated with replacement renal therapy

open access: yesТерапевтический архив, 2009
Aim. To characterize correlations between the levels of vitamin D, parathormone, calcium, blood phosphates in patients with different stages of chronic disease of the kidney (CDK) given no therapy replacing renal function (TRRF).

Synthetic Approaches and Clinical Application of Representative Small-Molecule Inhibitors of Cyclin-Dependent Kinase for Cancer Therapy

open access: yesMolecules
The regulation of the cancer cell cycle heavily relies on cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs). Targeting CDKs has been identified as a promising approach for effective cancer therapy.
