Reconstruction of the 3D structure and developmental history of plant cells and tissues [PDF]
Modern spatial microscopy has provided developmental biology with powerful research tools. However, the recent significant technological breakthroughs have inevitably led to technical "bottlenecks" for the application of the new procedures to other tasks. We have developed a protocol for the 3D reconstruction of plant organelles and tissues from stacks

Synthetic matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)‐degradable polyethylene glycol (PEG)‐based hydrogels are developed to investigate the influence of mechanical and biochemical cues on cardioid development. Matrix stiffness and cell adhesion motifs significantly regulate cardioid formation, chamber morphogenesis, contractile function, and cardioid transcriptome.

Glucocorticoids Alter Bone Microvascular Barrier via MAPK/Connexin43 Mechanisms
Osteoporosis induced by Glucocorticoids (GCs) is a common complication of long‐term GC use in patients with inflammatory and autoimmune conditions, often leading to an increased fracture risk. A 3D bicellular endo‐osteo microfluidic platform is developed to explore pathogenic mechanisms underlying GCs‐induced osteoporosis, highlighting a novel MAPK ...

Binding of Vav to Grb2 through dimerization of Src homology 3 domains [PDF]
The protooncogenic protein Vav has the structure of an intracellular signal transducer. It is exclusively expressed in cells of hematopoietic lineage and plays a crucial role in hematopoietic cell differentiation.
