Genetic Polymorphism of C1R in Chinese [PDF]

Polymorphism of C1R was investigrated in 216 unrelated Chinese individuals using isoelectric focusing and immunoblotting. Six phenotypes associated with three common alleles C1R*1, C1R*2 and C1R*5 were observed and no variant type was found.
