Studies on pancreatic trypsin from Crotalus durissus terrificus—comparison with proteases of venoms

Abstract Some kinetic characteristics of pancreatic trypsin from Crotalus durissus terrificus were studied. Except for the data concerning the stability of the enzyme, all the other studies pointed to the similarity between bovine and ophidian trypsins.
