Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue天疱疮（pemphigus）是一类严重的、慢性皮肤黏膜自身免疫性大疱性疾病, 常常表现为皮肤黏膜出现水疱、糜烂，其传统的诊断标记物是抗桥粒芯糖蛋白（desmogleins，Dsg）1，3的免疫球蛋白G抗体。随着研究的不断深入，许多学者发现，天疱疮的生物标记物还有许多非桥粒芯（糖）蛋白，它们也参与了棘层的松解。本文对近年来天疱疮发病机制与生物标记物的最新研究进展做一综述，为该疾病的诊断及预防提供一定的理论依据。
