Exploratory Study of Autoantibody Profiling in Drug‐Induced Liver Injury with an Autoimmune Phenotype

open access: yesHepatology Communications, 2020
Drug‐induced liver injury (DILI) sometimes presents with an autoimmune hepatitis‐like phenotype (AI‐DILI), and it is challenging to distinguish it from de novo autoimmune hepatitis (AIH).

Bismuth subcitrate, metronidazole and tetracycline – a rare cause of drug-induced liver injury

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Case Reports in Internal Medicine, 2023
Drug-induced liver injury (DILI) is a liver condition caused by any drug or toxic substance. The spectrum of DILI manifestations can range from asymptomatic elevation of liver enzymes to acute liver failure.

Tide level in time and frequency domains at Dili port: Characteristic feature of a Lorentz oscillator

open access: yesPhysics of Complex Systems, 2021
Tide level during one year in time-domain measured at Dili port (East Timor) is analyzed by the frequency spectrum with the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT), together with the autocorrelation function (AF).

The challenges facing road-side ‘m-Preneurs’ in leap-frogging the constraints of ICTs in DCs: A Nigerian case study [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
Studies have shown that the number of mobile telecommunications operators in Nigeria has been on the increase since the first Global System of Mobile Telecommunications (GSM) licence was granted to MTN (Mobile Telecommunications Network) in 2001 ...

Lactylation‐Driven YTHDC1 Alleviates MASLD by Suppressing PTPN22‐Mediated Dephosphorylation of NLRP3

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In MASLD, YTHDC1 undergoes increased lactylation and ubiquitination, reducing its expression. AARS1 mediates lactylation at lysine 565, while disrupted binding to LDHA further promotes lactylation, suppressing YTHDC1. This downregulation enhances PTPN22 mRNA stability, leading to NLRP3 dephosphorylation and activation, which exacerbates inflammation ...

Death and Liver Transplantation within Two Years of Onset of Drug-Induced Liver Injury [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
Drug-induced liver injury (DILI) is an important cause of death and indication for liver transplantation (fatality). The role of DILI in these fatalities ispoorly characterized particularly when fatalities occur > 26 weeks after DILI onset.

Liver‐Targeted Gallium‐Polyphenol Network by Disrupting the ROS/NETs/PANoptosis Axis for Precision Acute Liver Injury Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Acute liver injury (ALI), driven by diverse insults such as drug toxicity and ischemia‐reperfusion, poses a high mortality risk and lacks targeted therapies. While reactive oxygen species (ROS), neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs), and a coordinated cell death pathway PANoptosis have been implicated, their interplay as a unified pathogenic ...
