High temperature collective spin-photon coupling in a microwave cavity [PDF]

open access: yesOptics and Spectroscopy 116, 889-896 (2014), 2013
An ensemble of N identical noninteracting spins being in thermal equilibrium and coupled to the resonant mode of a lossless microwave cavity is studied at arbitrary temperature T. Near T = 0 the system is known to be in a coupled spin-photon state that manifests itself by the splitting of the cavity mode (vacuum Rabi splitting).

The purification and identification of antioxidants and dipeptidyl peptidase IV inhibitory peptides from whey protein hydrolysates

open access: yesFood Bioengineering, Volume 1, Issue 3-4, Page 298-306, December 2022., 2022
Whey protein was enzymatically hydrolyzed using an ultrahigh‐pressure synergistic enzymolysis method. The identified amino acid sequences were then synthesized, and their antioxidants and DPP‐IV inhibitory activities were determined. Whey protease hydrolysates could potentially be expected to be successfully commercially developed as functional ...

Microwave dual-mode resonators for coherent spin-photon coupling [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Applied Physics 124, 194501 (2018), 2018
We implement superconducting YBCO planar resonators with two fundamental modes for circuit quantum electrodynamics experiments. We first demonstrate good tunability in the resonant microwave frequencies and in their interplay as it emerges from the dependence of the transmission spectra on the device geometry.

Lycium‐Barbarum Polysaccharide‐Loaded Dual‐Crosslinked Rigid Hydrogel Enhances Bone Healing in Diabetic Bone Defects by Scavenging Reactive Oxygen Species

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
A novel hydrogel (HLBP) incorporating natural polysaccharides from goji berries is developed to enhance diabetic bone defect healing. The hydrogel efficiently scavenges ROS, improves osteogenic differentiation, and promotes in vivo bone regeneration. This strategy offers a biocompatible and localized approach, overcoming the challenges of traditional ...
