Path Planning of Mobile Robots with an Improved Grey Wolf Optimizer and Dynamic Window Approach

open access: yesApplied Sciences
To address the critical limitations of conventional Grey Wolf Optimization (GWO) in path planning scenarios—including insufficient exploration capability during the initial phase, proneness to local optima entrapment, and inherent deficiency in dynamic ...

A Mobile Robot Path Planning Algorithm Based on Improved A* Algorithm and Dynamic Window Approach

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2022
The traditional A* algorithm has several problems in practical applications, such as many path turning points, redundant nodes, and long running time. it is sometimes impossible to plan the theoretical optimal route.

Investigating transcription factor dynamics in health and disease using FRAP

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
FRAP analysis of GFP‐tagged transcription factors reveals how molecular mobility and target engagement change in response to drug treatment. By combining live‐cell imaging, quantitative model fitting, and statistical analysis, this approach uncovers transcription factor dynamics linked to disease mechanisms, providing a powerful framework for ...

Microbiome‐blood–brain barrier interactions in aging — mechanisms and therapeutic potential

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Aging reshapes the gut microbiome (↓SCFA‐producing commensals; ↑pro‐inflammatory outputs), shifting circulating metabolites (↓SCFAs; ↑LPS, ↑TMAO, ↑PAA) that act at the BBB to increase nonspecific transcytosis, alter transport, and promote astrocyte reactivity, heightening brain vulnerability.

Obstacle Avoidance in a Three-Dimensional Dynamic Environment Based on Fuzzy Dynamic Windows

open access: yesApplied Sciences, 2021
This paper presents a real-time path planning approach for controlling the motion of space-based robots. The algorithm can plan three-dimensional trajectories for agents in a complex environment which includes numerous static and dynamic obstacles, path ...

An epithelial GPR35 isoform supports tumor‐associated transcriptional and metabolic phenotypes

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
GPR35 generates two functionally distinct isoforms with previously unresolved roles. GPR35‐short mediates immune‐cell chemotaxis, while GPR35‐long is enriched in colorectal cancer epithelium, where it supports increased metabolism, proliferation, and tumor‐associated transcriptional programs.
