The Effects of Flaxseed Consumption on Frailty and Sarcopenia in Patients With Liver Cirrhosis: An Open‐Labeled Randomized Controlled Clinical Trial

open access: yesFood Science &Nutrition, Volume 14, Issue 1, January 2026.
Flaxseed consumption can have favorable effects on muscle strength, reducing frailty and sarcopenia in patients with liver cirrhosis by alleviating inflammation and disease severity.
