Tumor‐tropic human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) were used as delivery vehicles for magnetotheranostic gold–iron oxide nanoflowers. Magnetic particle imaging of the iron component demonstrated widespread intratumoral distribution and sustained retention in contrast to injection of naked nanoflowers.

Vγ9Vδ2 T Cells Activation Through Phosphoantigens Can Be Impaired by a RHOB Rerouting in Lung Cancer
Vγ9Vδ2 T cells are known to be efficient anti-tumor effectors activated through phosphoantigens (PAg) that are naturally expressed by tumor cells or induced by amino bisphosphonates treatment.

Peroxisomes, lipid droplets, and endoplasmic reticulum “hitchhike” on motile early endosomes
Microtubule-dependent long-range motility of early endosomes supports directed motility of peroxisomes, lipid droplets, and endoplasmic reticulum, and this process is mediated by transient interaction between all three organelles and the endosomes.

This study develops a placenta‐targeted nanodelivery system co‐loading HMGB1 protein and the NLRP3 agonist nigericin to establish an animal model of atonic postpartum hemorrhage. The model accurately recapitulates clinical phenotypes, including prolonged labor and uterine contractility dysfunction, while revealing inflammatory activation in placental ...
