Role of PBN‐CeA Circuit in Paclitaxel‐Induced Neuropathic Pain and Negative Emotions

Paclitaxel‐induced neuropathy recruits the PBN–CeA pathway and increases CeA PDYN expression, contributing to pain hypersensitivity and negative emotional behaviors. Suppressing PBN inputs to the CeA or blocking KOR with Navacaprant mitigates both sensory hypersensitivity and negative emotional symptoms.

Eight metabolites for N‐pyrrolidino fluetonitazene were identified in vitro, three of which (M2, M6 and M8) were present in an authentic urine sample. M2 was the most abundant in vivo metabolite and is a common marker metabolite of nitazepyne‐type substances.
