"Intelligent" controllers on cheap and small programmable devices [PDF]
It is shown that the "intelligent" controllers which are associated to the recently introduced model-free control synthesis may be easily implemented on cheap and small programmable devices.

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Attitude Fault-Tolerant Control of Aerial Robots with Sensor Faults and Disturbances
In this paper, sensor fault diagnosis and fault tolerant control strategy are investigated for quadcopters under sensor faults and disturbances. We propose the fault diagnosis estimation system and the fault-tolerant control (FTC) method.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

Ixazomib inhibits proteasome‐mediated degradation of topoisomerase I induced by irinotecan, thereby restoring drug sensitivity and promoting tumor cell death in colorectal cancer. Irinotecan, a topoisomerase I (topoI) inhibitor, is widely used for colorectal cancer, but resistance remains a major clinical challenge.

Flatness-based fault tolerant control
Este artículo presenta un método de control tolerante a fallas para sistemas no lineales planos. Las propiedades intrínsecas d e los sistemas planos generan redundancia analítica y permiten calcular todos los estados y las entradas de control del sistema.

This paper proposes a fault diagnosis and tolerant control methods for an open-switch fault caused in a three-phase three-level neutral-point-clamped (NPC) pulse-width modulation (PWM) active rectifier. The open-switch fault in the three-level NPC active
