Ground Fault Line Selection with Improved Residual Flow Incremental Method

open access: yes, 2013
According to the shortcoming of single-phase ground fault line selection method in the resonant grounded system such as the uncertainty of its device by fast compensation with the automatic compensation equipment, an arc suppression and residual flow ...

Fault phase selection scheme of EHV/UHV transmission line protection for high-resistance faults

open access: yes, 2012
This study proposes a fault phase selection scheme for EHV/UHV transmission line protection during unbalanced faults. The scheme utilises the relative phase angle relationship between the negative and zero sequence currents and the fault impedance to ...

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Fault Line Selection Method of Small Current Grounding System Based on Deep Learning

open access: yes, 2019
At present, the single-phase grounding fault line selection problem of small current grounding system has not been completely solved. In order to improve the success rate of single-phase grounding fault line selection, a new method based on deep learning

E2A selectively regulates TGF‐β–induced apoptosis in KRAS‐mutant non‐small cell lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Ability to induce apoptosis by TGF‐β is frequently lost in advanced lung adenocarcinoma despite intact TGF‐β signaling. We identify E2A as a mutant KRAS–dependent mediator of resistance to TGF‐β–induced apoptosis. TGF‐β induces E2A via SMAD3 in mutant KRAS cells, and E2A silencing restores apoptosis and enhances radiation response in cell lines ...

An investigation of delay fault testing for multi voltage design

open access: yes, 2009
Multi Voltage Design (MVD) has been successfully applied in contemporary processors as a technique to reduce energy consumption. This work is aimed at finding a generalised delay testing method for MVD.

CD47 promotes mitogen‐activated protein kinase and epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition molecular programs to drive prometastatic phenotypes in non‐small cell lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

Dancing on the Fault Lines of History

open access: yes
Dancing on the Fault Lines of History collects essential essays by Susan Manning, one of the founders of critical dance studies, recounting her career writing and rewriting the history of modern dance. Three sets of keywords—gender and sexuality, whiteness and Blackness, nationality and globalization—illuminate modern dance histories from multiple ...

Protection of ungrounded systems using an advanced relay element

open access: yes, 2010
The aim of this thesis project is to investigate single line to ground faults in an ungrounded system and determine an effective fault detection method. Ungrounded system analysis is conducted using ICAP simulation.

Fault line selection algorithm for distribution networks based on AdapGL‐GIN network

open access: yes, 2023
When a grounding fault occurs in the distribution network with distributed generation, the network topology becomes intricate, making it challenging to extract fault characteristics, resulting in a decrease in the precision of fault discrimination.
