Cancer Medicine, Volume 15, Issue 10, October 2026.This single‐arm meta‐analysis (9 studies, 357 patients) shows that PD‐1/PD‐L1 inhibitors plus anti‐angiogenic TKIs yield an ORR of 48% and DCR of 83% in recurrent/metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Median PFS is 9.95 months. ICI‐naive patients benefit more (ORR 60.9% vs. 36.1%, p = 0.0028).

Clinical and Translational Medicine, Volume 16, Issue 10, October 2026.Single‐nucleus sequencing identified a semaphorin 3C (SEMA3C)‐high stem‐like tumour subpopulation that drives gastric cancer peritoneal metastasis through early B‐cell factor 2 (EBF2)‐mediated FGF7 expression and enhanced FGF7–FGFR2 signalling with endothelial cells. Targeting the FGF–FGFR pathway may provide a promising therapeutic strategy.
