Decoding Undesirable Inflammatory Responses of Nucleic Acid‐Delivering Lipid Nanoparticles
Lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) enable efficient nucleic acid delivery, but their immunogenicity is a double‐edged sword. This review explores LNP‐driven innate and adaptive immunity, covering lipid components, endosomal escape, and nucleic acid sensing.

Nonceliac wheat sensitivity in the context of multiple food hypersensitivity: new data from confocal endomicroscopy. [PDF]
Dear Editor, We enjoyed reading the article by Fritscher-Ravens et al who showed, by confocal endomicroscopy, that candidate food antigens caused immediate duodenal mucosa damage in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) patients with a prolonged clinical ...

Food hypersensitivity and allergic diseases [PDF]
Allergic disease is a common cause of morbidity, particularly in young children. The prevalence of allergic disease has increased in the last 20 y in most countries. The sequential order of occurrence of allergy is food hypersensitivity, gastrointestinal manifestations, atopic eczema, asthma and hay fever.

A sulfated polysaccharide (SCP) from Cyclocarya paliurus alleviates ulcerative colitis by reshaping the gut microbiome. This remodeled microbiota orchestrates the upregulation of the host‐derived lipid 12‐HEPE, which directly inhibits the TLR4/NF‐κB pathway to suppress inflammation.

OPT3 is a component of the iron-signaling network between leaves and roots and misregulation of OPT3 leads to an over-accumulation of cadmium in seeds. [PDF]
Plants and seeds are the main dietary sources of zinc, iron, manganese, and copper, but are also the main entry point for toxic elements such as cadmium into the food chain. We report here that an Arabidopsis oligopeptide transporter mutant, opt3-2, over-

NLSS3 Impairs SHM1 Autophagic Degradation to Regulate Leaf Morphology and Salt Tolerance in Rice
In rice, NLSS3 binds and shields SHM1 from autophagic degradation to maintain serine homeostasis. The A132P mutation in nlss3 disrupts this, triggering SHM1 loss, metabolic dysfunction, K+ imbalance, and impaired ROS scavenging, which collectively drive narrow leaves and salt sensitivity.
