The study develops engineered exosomes (EmDEX@GA) for locoregional immunomodulation of tumor‐draining lymph node (TDLN). EmDEX@GA can actively target to TDLN and remodel its immunosuppressive microenvironment through the synergistic effects of PD‐1/PD‐L1 blockade and STING pathway activation, subsequently enhance anti‐tumor immunity and suppress tumor ...

Synthetic gene circuits regulated by bezafibrate are developed to express tumor antigens and PD‐L1 nanobody (PD‐L1nb), enhancing cancer immunotherapy. Delivered via HEK293T cells, ESCs, or directly injected the plasmids containing the circuit into the tumor, the circuits reduce tumor growth, boost CD8+ T cells, and minimize T cell exhaustion.

CHIN117 is a dual cysteinyl leukotriene receptor 1 (CYSLTR1) antagonist and G‐protein‐coupled bile acid receptor 1 (GPBAR1) agonist. In the liver, GPBAR1 and CYSLTR1 are coexpressed by liver sinusoidal endothelial cells (LSECs), HSCs, circulating monocytes/macrophages, and liver resident macrophages (Kupffer cells).

This study introduces cuproptosis nanoplatform, a novel nanoplatform using Cu2−XS hollow nanospheres, elesclomol, and lauric acid (LA) for self‐amplified cuproptosis. NIR‐II laser activation melts LA, releasing copper ions and elesclomol to enhance copper delivery within tumor cells, reduce glutathione's inhibitory effect, and trigger immunogenic cell ...

Re-redefining Foxp3 function [PDF]
![Graphic][1] Foxp3 deletion in T cells (CD4-Cre) but not thymic epithelial cells (Foxn1-Cre) causes an autoimmune wasting disease. Liston et al. (page [475][2]) report that a transcription factor that protects mice against autoimmunity is required for regulatory T cell (T reg)

The multifunctional bimetallic Ca/Zn nanoagonist (PZH/Zn@CaNA) significantly downregulated the JAK2‐STAT3 signaling pathway, which effectively inhibited the proliferation and growth of HCC with incomplete microwave ablation. Furthermore, the released bimetallic ions (Ca2⁺ and Zn2⁺) synergistically enhanced oxidative stress‐mediated cytotoxicity ...
